Draft a SG/SF Karasev would be ideal
Dump a lot of money on Splitter

The starting PG could come from a lot of places but he must be legit not a Mo', no Ridnour, as much as I love Andre Miller only if he could be had cheap and short term. Maybe a sign and trade for a Vasquez or Dragic, maybe Bledsoe.
Commit to 30-35 minutes each for of the young guys and DMC. Play Burks at the point when possible, figure out a rotation to include Splitter palying with either Favors or Kanter at the same time. Give Jeremy minutes especially while Marv is gone. Limit Foye's minutes and never, never, ever start him or Marv. Next year at this time Marv and Foye could leave and clear up $10 or 11 million in salary.
