Those guys weren't mucking around last night. I saw Favors go to the floor on the last play of the game, and Foye, yes, Randy Foye, was all up in his man's grill on Phoenix's last play. Gordon with the big effort, that kid works hard every night. Favors and Burks were working hard, too. No DeMarre, which was annoying, and losing Kanter sucks, but at least the Young Guns are still bringing it every night. That's something to admire about this team.

Ya, but at the same time it hasn't been teh best basketball from our opponents. I mean, that was basicaly a D-League team that Phoenix was rolling out there and Philly was terrible.

One thing I really am loving though is that the Jazz offense looks so much better than it did a week or two ago. The Jazz are moving the ball much better, Jefferson is attacking the basket more and passing rather than shooting long jumpers, and they are using Mo and Hayward to start the offense with motion and penetration rather than just dumping to Al in the post.

The other thing I really loved about last night was the fact that Golden State lost.

Big night tonight. Lakers playing the second night of a back to back in Milwakee, and Dallas is playing a Pacers team that is fully now fully healthy.

Funny thing for me was that when I saw Dragic wasn't playing, I said to myself, "damn, I should have picked the Jazz by 15."
