| Marvin and Burks may be out tonight, that could be a problem. Marvin does a nice job on Durant in relief of Hayward who also does a nice Job, and Burks is the only guard the Jazz have that could even pretend to stay with Westbrook. The Jazz have matchup problems with OKC anyways, and while I'm excited that we will see more DMC, not having two of the better man-to-man defenders on the team isn't a good thing. | |

Tonight night OKC puts the lakers out? Why would OKC even want lakers in playoffs to come back and put them out? Hell NO!

Yea, not guessing here. BUT, worried about a couple things. First though, I'm looking forward to DC3 getting starter type minutes tonight. You all know Im all in on DC. But, worried about DC and foul trouble. I'll be ecstatic if entering the 4th quarter DC only has 3. Also, me too. I really was hoping Burks was healthy enough to go, because you're right, Burks is the only one who can kind of stay with Westbrook. We're going to need a big game from Mo I think, 20+ from Al and good defense from Gordo and DC to win this one.

We're going to need a big game from Mo I think, 20+ from Al and good defense from Gordo and DC to win this one. Well obviously everybody is going to have to play well, but I think 20+ from Mo on reasonably efficient shooting is going to be a must. If Mo doesn't get it going then I don't think the Jazz really have a chance, for the simple fact that the Jazz are an elite level offensive team when he's on, and a slightly above average offensive team when he's not. The D is going to be what it is, so while I do sort of believe the Jazz have it in them to get a couple key stops if the right guys are on the court, I'm positive that if the Jazz want to win the game or even have a chance to win they are going to have to get it done on the offensive end, because OKC is going to get theirs.

| Tough loss. Having Marvin and Alec would have helped a lot, in my opinion. Well, back to hoping someone else can get job done for us...since we can't take care of our own business | |

| That game makes me not want Millsap back and Foye laid a big turd and tin man, Plz these guys sucked big time tonight. Al played ok and Gordo played good. Favors was a stud and if he not starting next year Ty needs to go! Sign a new young big and PG and sign a new vet PG to lead us off next year. Time to cut our lose and move on. | |

| I didn't have much faith in the Jazz winning that game last night. And without Burks, and I guess Marvin too, but especially Kanter, we shouldnt expect them to beat a top team in the league. The team played hard, but that was like the JV going up against the Varsity, and without all our tools. I dont have much to complain about as far as what exactly happened last night. I mean, other than not forcing it into Al and Paul inside more, when Al can score on Perkins, and Paul could get Ibaka into even worse foul trouble after he had gotten two early ones. But thats nothing new. It's like the Jazz/Corbin go inside to Al when it's easy, but when it gets a bit tougher, they start shooting jumper after jumper, instead of forcing it inside. They play the game the opposing team gives them, verses playing their game.
What bothers me now about this, is that loss was manageable, if Corbin hadn't shit the bed for so long earlier in the season. Now, when it's too late, a game that this team shouldn't be expected to win, is actually a MUST win. And they lost. So now, the teams destiny is in the hands of Kobe Bryant. Had Corbin made all the changes that were so obvious earlier in the season, this game would have meant sliding from 6th to 7th, or not moving the needle at all actually. Now, it's too late.

| That was definitely not the game I was expecting to see last night. I was an ugly game, but I didn't feel like it was really a bad game. That was some of the best D the Jazz have played all season. They held the best offensive team in the league to only 90 points on 39% shooting, that is impressive. Before the game I said if the offense wasn't going the Jazz didn't have a chance, but I was wrong, the offense was terrible but they still had a chance.
I thought it was interesting that OKC did to the Jazz what the Jazz just did to the Warriors. Every time the Jazz made a run and the crowd got into it they made a big shot, every single time.
That being said, I have been pretty dissapointed with the ESA crowds during this playoff run. No longer can we claim one of the loudest arena's in the NBA, that's just lip service. The team needed a big lift last night and games don't get any bigger than this at the end of the season, but the crowd sounded like the game was being played at Staples and seemed barely interested for most of the game. Kind of embarassing actually.
