The best record since the NBA went to the current format is 15-1 by the 2001 Fakers.

Good question.
I would love to see them sweep there way through the playoffs.
However, I don't think it will happen. I think they lose 2 games...maybe 3.

If they get through the Thunder without a loss I don't see them losing at all in the finals.

I think I'm becoming a Spurs fan. Of course I'll never switch teams, but I'm actually finding myself rooting for them. I have never watched another team and gave a crap who one or lost. I guess It's ok since I'm from Texas bounce

I'm definitely rooting for them, and I'm not even ashamed to say so. It's like poetry in motion watching them. This is what I want the jazz to be when they grow up. They are so well coached and so disciplined.

It's just crazy watching them. There are probably 5-10 teams that have more talent, but the Spurs are just killing it. They play smart and play as a team within the teams plan. The have no egos and everyone just does there job.

Not to be too technical, but they cant match the fakers. in order to win, they have win 16 games. When the fakers won it, it was a best of 5 in the first round.
