After last night's game, it might be time for the Miller family to consider folding the franchise. Don't sell it, just fold it.

I'm bitter about the way that the Jazz played last night, and not thrilled with some other issues, but damn. I'm tempted to move this comment to the "OMG!!! The Hysterical Overreaction Thread!!"

LOL, good one. Let us hope this one game was a hysterical one-off. Overall, however, my contention stands - this team has too much talent to deliver games like that. I will eat all the crow I deserve should the Jazz have a "successful" season, meaning making the playoffs. If they don't, well, I stand by what I wrote. There is something funky going on and its been there all season.

I agree. But my guess is it's Corbin related. I mean, what do you think Burks/Fav/Kanter/DC etc were all thinking as the starters continued in the 3rd quarter getting run over? You think they would have liked a shot?? And if they are the future, when the current is SOOOO obviously not working, even just for a night, why not let the youth loose? What is so wrong with telling Al, Paul Marv, Foye, etc hey guys, you just aint got it tonight. Lets get you some rest, let the young guys run. And hey, maybe Houston wont really know how to handle them. But very obviously, our starters had NOTHING, and I mean NOOOOOTHING on that Houston team last night.
Just one small example though. When Harden, Lin, Parsons and others, kept driving and getting layups, and Al was too slow, maybe more Favors would have helped? Maybe getting DC who could at least stay in front of guys a bit more would have helped??

Bottom line, is I think that game was a loss regardless, but wtf is so wrong about sitting the vets when the do NOT have it??? Why can't Corbin seem to do that?
